Soulwork and Soulplay sessions are deep, experiential dialogues in mindfulness, offering support in attuning to your body, emotions, beliefs, deeper self, and multi-dimensional soul.
At times, they may feel like play, as we explore the mystery with curiosity and lightness. At times, they may feel like work, as we face shadows, challenges to identity, or life transitions. How We Work We attune to soul language by noticing: * Energies in the body and subtle shifts * Memories, images, and spontaneous inner truths * Emotional, mental, and spiritual patterns By slowing habitual conversational habits, we open space for the rich inner life that is always waiting to be known. With practice, boundaries may expand to include ancestral realms, elemental energies, and spiritual guides, opening intersections between personal and transpersonal fields. This work builds on practices such as Hakomi, Higher Frequencies of Love, and Lalita’s own exploration of expanded states of consciousness. Typical Possibilities in Soulwork Sessions * Discover and integrate unconscious or separate parts of the psyche * Heal outdated somatic, emotional, or mental patterns * Deepen your relationship with your body and Spirit * Learn to enter the body as a path to Spirit * Clarify your Soul Path * Connect with helpful ancestral spirits and spirit guides * Explore past and future selves * Resolve unfinished business with departed souls * Access higher frequencies of Love * Navigate important life transitions * Develop discernment and trust in your soul’s voice Similarities with Sacred Medicine Journeys Some participants experience Soulplay sessions "similar to plant medicine journeys". While they usually do not bring dramatic shifts in consciousness, these sessions: * Open terrain for deep insight and healing * Allow connection with the spirit world * Support integration of psychedelic/plant medicine experiences During sessions, Lalita rarely gives answers or teachings. Instead, he attunes to the unfolding in clients, holding a space for them to discover and witness their own truth, power, and the voice of their soul. Session Details Length: 1.5 hours Format: In-person or online * Can be “standalone" or part of a series leading to a deep dive (6–8 hour) plant spirit journey. |
I would highly recommend Lalita as a psychedelic guide and trained therapist; this makes a world of difference. I have always felt that I have held back in my previous journeys and this experience allowed me to go deeper. I felt cared for and contained and the support that Lalita showed me was fundamental to allowing me to yield into the experience and to fully let go. I felt the whole process was very integrated. The prep session and the integration after helped me make sense of what I had experienced. Thank you Lalita for one of the most profound experiences of my life. You will be in beautiful and very good hands.
-Felicity, Toronto,ON I found it amazing how sitting with Lalita brought up so many memories and emotions. I had anger come up that I felt in my solar plexus and the memory of my Mom yelling at me. As we moved through that together, I came to a place of deep calm and peace. I felt comfortable in my own skin and an unconditional love for myself. I realized that I can give myself everything that I crave from others; space, freedom connection, attention and acceptance, to name a few. I appreciate Lalita's ability to trust in the process as well as his experience and competence.
-Kye, Victoria BC I believe the foundation of Lalita’s helpfulness to others is his authenticity and presence. Misha is a beautiful human being emanating light, acceptance, and love.
Lalita invited me to tune into my experience. As I did, I experienced my body and energy in a way I had not before. Energy came up from the earth into my body and I experienced a surrender, a new way of being in my body without effort. As part of mind my, probably that need to control things we call the ego, reacted I experienced resistance and fear, Misha’s gentleness and confidence assisted in me asking that part to step aside, which helped. And today, as I write this, days later, I find I am able to be with my body in a new way. What a gift. -A fellow seeker, and wounded healer, Victoria BC |
