Imagine embracing your mother—in body or in spirit—and being able to hold her and yourself in forgiveness, in gratitude, and maybe even in love. Imagine doing the same with your father. These workshops offer a container for exactly this.
Held annually before Mother's Day and Father's Day, these ceremonies invite us to free our hearts from hurts, resentments, and outdated childhood beliefs—so we can wholeheartedly say to our parents: "What you have given me is enough."
Upcoming Gatherings:
Embracing Our Mothers
Saturday, May 9 | 2–5 pm

Our Approach:
The work is rooted in shamanic and family constellation processes. We begin with a one-hour evocative inner dialogue meditation ( based on the work of B. Ulsamer) guiding us through seven steps of making peace—the first being acknowledging our wounds, the last being thanking for the gift of life.
Then we move from inner work to an interactive shamanic ritual developed by Daan van Kampenhout: speaking to our mothers or fathers with the help of group participants. This part is particularly moving—tears, lighters, and hugs often flow in abundance.
The Seven Steps (briefly):
Why This Matters:
Inability to make peace with our parents is costly. We may block the flow of energy coming to us through them, close ourselves off from ancestral gifts, and limit our access to the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine.
This ritual acknowledges our mother's or father's "not-enoughness" while opening us to the limitless nourishment of Sacred Masculine and Sacred Feminine Powers. Here we stand where human and divine love meet—uniting our parents' often fragile gifts with boundless abundance until we come to a place of fullness in ourselves.

The Seven Steps (briefly):
- Acknowledging our wounds
- Recognizing similarities
- Seeing your parent with adult eyes
- Realizing that the lack of love was not personal
- Respecting and Honouring your parent
- Being grateful for what was given
- Receiving the gift of life itself
