Lalita’s Journey
Born in Moscow, Russia, Lalita initially trained as a registered nurse and began medical studies before relocating to Israel, South Africa, and eventually Toronto, Canada, later settling on Vancouver Island, Victoria, where he and his wife raised two sons. In 2022 he returned to Toronto and currently moves regularly between Canada and Europe.
A lifetime of movement and transformation has led him to embrace a nomadic identity, following the call of Spirit wherever it flows.
Path of the Guide
For over 35 years, Lalita has worked as a psychotherapist, specializing in somatic and spiritual approaches to healing. His formal spiritual training includes Tibetan Buddhism, Hakomi and Yoga.
In 2010, Lalita encountered sacred ritual work with psychedelic plant medicines, an experience that opened him to Spirit in a profound way. After committing to learning from elders and the medicines themselves, he gradually began offering plant medicine sessions to select clients, cultivating deep responsibility and integrity in this work.
Over the next 15 years, Lalita’s path deepened through mentorships, personal healing, making mistakes and supporting others in their journeys.
The Sacred Feminine & Two-Spirit Path
Along the way, Lalita experienced the emergence of the Sacred Feminine within his male body and psyche. He identifies with two-spirit, honouring the Goddess Lalita and allowing her essence to unfold within his body and soul.
Soulwork Philosophy
Lalita offers Soulwork and Soulplay sessions, Sacred Plant Spirit Journeys, and Sacred Plant Spirit Retreats, supporting seekers in discovering their inner medicine, attuning to Spirit, and navigating personal and transpersonal realms.
